“Cast all your anxiety on him because he cares for you.” (1 Peter 5:7 NIV)
Worry can sneak in and take over before you even realize it. A conversation you can’t stop replaying, a bill coming due, a future you can’t predict — it can all pile up until you feel trapped in your own thoughts. But you’re not alone in that struggle. God knows how heavy worry feels and invites you to hand it to Him.
Instead of trying to control everything, pause and breathe. Imagine setting each worry into God’s hands — one by one. He doesn’t ask you to have it all figured out. He asks you to trust that He cares and is capable of handling what you can’t.
His care is not distant or vague. It’s personal. He knows your needs, fears, and future. Rest in that truth today.
Reflect
What worry is playing on repeat in your mind right now? Picture placing it before God and leaving it there.
